Wonderful selection of top brands and high end brands as well. I got some Huggable Hounds that are difficult to come by. Friendly and helpful staff too!!!

Warning, this is a shop downtown and you will pay those prices. Some things are better to get from Chewy, but they have anything you need for your pet in a pinch. It’s just a fun experience coming into this shop. I will go just for fun and come out with goodies for my doggos. I really like the staff too, because they’re always willing to chat and educate you about anything pet related. They even bring their own dogs and let you play with them. Coming here just puts me in a good mood and I always find a little something fun for the doggos. Probably the best shop in Banner Elk.

The store was amazing filled with everything your fur baby could need or want! It was so much fun walking around and looking at everything. The staff was helpful and Erica, the owner was amazingly knowledge of all and any products I asked about. Very informative. Having a place to go for your fur babies like this is delightful!!

A truly amazing store for your dogs and cats. You will be amazed by the quality and the quantity of healthy dog food along with any dog and cat "accessories" you can imagine.

Erica, Sam and the whole crew are always accommodating. Erica was so helpful with our new puppy and so available to field questions when we were worried about things as new puppy parents! A local gem and loads of wonderfully healthy food for the dogs! Highly recommend
